STAR DAZE

a stargazing clique

NOTICE: This section have been carefully curated by Aelyn and Cerine. Plagiarism is strictly forbidden: do not reproduce, reword, or rearrange these words or ideas and present them as your own. These guidelines are the product of deliberate thought and care, and their integrity must be respected.

By proceeding below, you signify that you have read, comprehended, and accepted the following guidelines. Kindly note that these rules may evolve without prior notice, and you are therefore encouraged to revisit them periodically to remain apprised of any updates. Should you have any questions, suggestions, or concerns, you are warmly invited to contact me at your convenience.

  1. 1.

One site and email required per application.
You may submit multiple applications, provided that each star is associated with a unique website and a valid email address. Once approved, entries may be updated as needed. Star names and regions are not exclusive, allowing multiple participants to share the same designation and celestial space. In addition, the submitted site must be owned or co-owned by you.

  2. 2.

All sites must meet listing standards to be eligible.
Websites designated as "coming soon," archived, on hiatus, or under construction are welcome, provided a reciprocal link to the clique is displayed. Artistic or tasteful nudity is permitted. However, websites containing strictly prohibited material including sexually explicit content, theft or plagiarism, harassment or violent behavior, impersonation, illegal or malicious activity, intrusive advertising, or hate or discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, color, or national origin will not be eligible for listing. Forums, social media platforms, link-in-bio tools, and micro-landing pages are also not accepted under any circumstances.

  3. 3.

Code must be placed before or immediately after applying, with a valid placement URL provided.
Kindly ensure that the code is embedded on your website either prior to or immediately following the submission of your application. You will be asked to provide the precise URL where the code has been placed. For optimal linking practices, we recommend adding the link to the clique on your index, splash, clique, or joined pages, ensuring it occupies a visible and accessible location.

  4. 4.

Images must be self-hosted or properly hosted.
Please host the sprite or button on your own server or a third-party image host that permits image hosting for your site. While hotlinking is not illegal, it is considered unethical and unprofessional. In practice, hotlinking appropriates content without permission and places additional strain on the original site, potentially necessitating upgrades to accommodate the increased demand.

  5. 5.

Link to the clique must remain active and regularly updated.
Link checks will be conducted periodically to ensure that all sites maintain proper connections to the clique. Please ensure that your information is current, particularly if any changes have occurred. Should the code be missing or inaccessible, it will be assumed that you no longer wish to remain part of the clique, and your membership will be removed without prior notice. You are, however, always welcome to reapply and rejoin at any time.

By proceeding to the form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to these rules, and I accept that any breach may result in the revocation of my membership.
